Nor Aziah Yaacob is the founder of Massa Group.

She grew up in difficult circumstances and lost her father at the age of 16.

These difficulties shaped her determination to succeed and led her to seek a diploma from University Teknologi MARA (UITM).

She secured extensive training in a government program and founded Massa in 1995 with the goal of helping entrepreneurs navigate challenging business environments.

Over the years, Pn. Aziah brought in new thinking and sought outside perspectives to help grow Massa into the leadership position it holds today.

From a humble two-person startup, Massa Group has grown to employ 50 professional staff and has two offices.

She seeks daily to secure the company’s continued growth and success.

In 2015, her daughter Khairunisa Nabilah joined the company after graduating from university.

"Nabilah is the Chief Executive Officer for Massa group of companies. Equipped with a Bachelors’s degree from Yarmouk University Jordan, Nabilah also possesses the License Secretary and Practising Certificate issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).  

Nabilah has been in the corporate secretarial services for more than seven years. She has a broad experience in Secretarial Services and Corporate Governance with a large number of clients in a wide range of industries such as Company Limited By Guarantee, Trading, Logistics, Manufacturing, Construction, and Engineering Services.

She is experienced in strategic decision making in HR, and she has been involved in recruitment, performance management, and other HR-related areas.

Having worked with clients from various backgrounds and the experience of being a director and managing companies in Malaysia has given Nabilah the capabilities to comprehend the various subtleties and governance.

Nabilah is currently pursuing her MBA at Taylor's University. She is also an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Fauziah holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara.

She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and also an approved Tax Agent registered with Inland Revenue Board Malaysia (IRBM) under Section 153(3) of Income Tax Act 1967.

Fauziah started her career with Massa in 1995. She has been in public practice for over 20 years. She holds a position in the company as an external accountant, corporate tax consultant, and financial adviser for various industries, including construction & engineering services, education, Joint management bodies (JMB), retail and manufacturing services.

Her broad business experience covers corporate reporting, tax review, tax audit, and tax compliance cases.

Besides, Fauziah has been actively involved in non-profit organization activities. She is a member in Business Network International (BNI) since year 2021.

Noor Azlina Yaakob is Massa’s senior manager, and in this role has oversight of marketing, management, personnel, operations, and day-to-day business functions.

She is dedicated to improving productivity and streamlining activities at both Massa’s headquarters and its branch locations.

Azlina joined Massa in 1995 and started her career as an assistant company secretary.

Syikin has been working with Massa Group of Companies for more than 15 years. Currently, she is the Branch Manager of Massa Shah Alam and a strong backbone of the group, where she involves in the planning and execution of the group policies.

Syikin's areas of practice include incorporation of a company, allotment, and transfer of shares, striking off of companies, resolutions and minutes, maintenance of statutory registers and secretarial records, as well as statutory filings.

She also provides support work in relation to corporate governance and compliance matters under the Companies Act 2016.

Syikin is committed to providing her clients with high-quality, personalized services, as seen by the great reviews she consistently receives. Syikin has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

Abbas is a licensed company secretary registered under the Company Commission of Malaysia since 2015, and he is also an affiliate member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).  
                                                     
With working experience of almost a decade in secretarial practice, he has deal with both companies limited by shares and companies limited by guarantee.

As an external secretary, he ensures that the Board of Directors always complies with the Companies Act and any other regulations issued by the authorities.

Nurfaiz Ab. Aziz is the assistant manager of Massa’s accounting department.

She holds a Bachelor’s of Accountancy from the Universiti Malaysia Terengganu and has been with Massa since 2003.

She is broadly experienced in the preparation of accounting and financial statements according to applicable regulatory standards and works closely with the company’s accounting team to ensure the efficient, timely, and accurate completion of accounting services.

In her spare time, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family.

Fifi has over nine years of expertise in corporate and individual tax services management. She and her team are in charge of ensuring that the firms under her supervision operate within Malaysia's regulatory framework, including compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant Malaysian government rules and regulations.

She is able to provide insightful advice and effective recommendations to clients due to her extensive and hands-on expertise in taxation.

Fifi has significant expertise in interacting with auditors, IRB officers, and corporate executives to assist clients in resolving specific tax concerns.


Fifi graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia with a Bachelor of Accounting degree (UUM)

Nisak is a senior member of our Tax Department. She has excellent experience with all key accounting activities in a Malaysian firm, including tax file preparation and IRB submission.

She frequently advises corporate leaders on how to establish and defend tax efficiency strategies for their companies.

Nisak is an MIA associate member with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIA).
